Decent tea, long wait

I purchased some Silver Needle White Tea and a Tea Sampler Pack. The quality of the tea was quite good, especially the Silver Needle – it was fresh and had a delicate flavor. The sampler was a good way to try new things. My main complaint was the delivery time; it took almost three weeks to arrive, which felt a bit long even for international shipping. Tracking updates were a little sparse during transit. The packaging was secure, though. Good value for the quality of tea, but patience is required for delivery.

Good quality, reasonable shipping

I ordered the Dragon Well Green Tea and a Glass Teapot a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; it was easy to find what I wanted. Shipping took about 12 days to reach me in California, which felt reasonable coming from China. Everything was well-packaged, no breakage. The tea itself is fresh and flavorful, a noticeable step up from what I usually buy locally. The teapot is functional and looks nice. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't comment there. Overall, a solid experience for specialty tea.

Got some new tea

So I tried out TeaVivre for the first time and grabbed some Tie Guan Yin Oolong. It got here pretty fast, like a little over a week. The tea is really good, I liked it a lot. Smells nice and tastes smooth. Super easy to order too. I'd probably get more from them.

Good tea, quick delivery

Ordered some Keemun Black Tea. It came in about 10 days. Tea tasted great. Packaging was secure. Happy with my purchase.

Love the Bi Luo Chun!

Wow, I just received my Bi Luo Chun and a new Gaiwan from TeaVivre and I couldn't be happier! The tea is absolutely divine, so fresh and fragrant. It arrived so quickly too, within 10 days, which was a nice surprise. The Gaiwan is beautiful, exactly as pictured, and feels lovely to hold. I am so impressed with the quality and the whole experience. I will definitely be shopping here again for all my tea needs!
